    International

I ship all of my items internationally, parcels will be sent by Royal Mail 'Tracked & Signed'. You will be provided with a tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail estimate 3-5 working days for parcels to reach Europe, and 5-7 working days for everywhere else. However, items can be held up in customs, so please note there is a further 25 days to wait before I can start the process of investigation for delayed packages.

**Please note, international orders may require customs fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any customs duties, VAT and handling charges, which are set by the destination country. This now also includes countries in the EU.

    Returns

I accept returns and exchanges: contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back within: 30 days of delivery. Cancellations may be accepted if your item has not already shipped.

Because of the nature of custom or personalised orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for these orders.

**Please note, rings are considered custom orders as each ring is made to order in the size supplied at time of purchase. As such, rings are not returnable. I do offer a reduced resizing service here.

For hygiene reasons, my earrings are packaged in sealed packaging. These are returnable should the packaging remain sealed.

    Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the product is faulty). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Health and Safety Policy

Wearing appropriate clothing in a jewellery workshop is essential for keeping safe. Avoid wearing tops with long, loose sleeves that could get caught in your equipment. Also if you have long hair, keep it tied back for the same reason.

Place bags under the desk and keep coats out of the way

Use safety goggles. Protecting your eyes is a must in a jewellery workshop, and the easiest way to do so is to wear a pair of safety glasses.

Wear a face mask. Not only do face masks help to prevent the spread of viruses, they also mean you don’t have to breathe in any harmful dust or particles while working.

Keep your workspace clear. This is especially important if you frequently use chemicals. So be sure to utilise storage to prevent any accidents or spills.

Follow instruction for using tools in a safe manner.

First Aid kit is allocated in the studio and in the main office at the main entrance.

Covid safety

Doors and Windows will be kept open to allow fresh air into the room.

If you are ill please do not attend, please give 24 hours notice to receive a refund.

Masks must be worn most of the time during jewellery making but can be removed once the work is complete, masks are not compulsory whilst walking around the building but we do in courage it.

Please make sure your contact details are left with the tutor in case you need to be contacted by NHS track and trace.

Fire safety

Fire safety blankets and extinguishers are located inside of the studio and in the main room.

Follow the safety torch instructions at all times

If the fire alarm sounds please leave at the nearest fire exit
